Billing and subscriptions
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time on Whop.

If there is a problem with a payment or a charge, email us and include the email address on your Whop account. scottewart@outlook.com
Technical problems
If something is not working, please tell us:
- what you were doing when it went wrong
- which page you were on
- your device and browser, for example "iPad, Safari"
Do not include pupil names or any other pupil information in an email.
Privacy requests
You can export or delete pupil information yourself, from Privacy and data controls on the Pupils tab of any class. Your account and sign-in are managed through Whop.
To ask us to delete your planning data (your timetable, classes and lessons), or for any other privacy request, email us and say what you need.
